Susan Quade, Principal
Susan has an extensive and varied business background.
Over the years she has been in banking in New York City, worked as a Training Design and Developer, been a successful Sales Coach, as well as an advocate for Cancer Survivors. She has also managed call centers. Susan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, earned from Upsala College, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology also at Capella University. Susan is a professional member in good standing of ASTD, the American Society for Training and Development, as well as SHRM, Society for Human Resource Management.. She is also a member of SIOP, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Division of the American Psychological Association. Susan is currently an Adjunct Professor at State University of New York in New Paltz. She is also a Strategic Sales Partner with Profiles International. |
